Commutateurs

Les commutateurs sont couramment utilisés dans les circuits électroniques. Ils permettent le contrôle du circuit en le mettant sous ou hors tension, ou en contrôlant une gamme d’autres fonctions. Les commutateurs sont des dispositifs binaires logés dans un circuit et permettant de contrôler le flux d’électricité. Ils fonctionnent en interrompant le flux d’électrons et en mettant le circuit sous ou hors tension. Les commutateurs présentent des bornes qui se connectent à des contacts métalliques. Lorsque la borne et le contact entrent en contact, le commutateur est fermé et le courant peut circuler. Lorsque la borne et le contact ne sont pas en contact, le commutateur est ouvert et le courant ne passe pas à travers le circuit. Le type de commutateur dont vous avez besoin dépend des connexions que vous souhaitez effectuer au sein de votre circuit. Les commutateurs sont souvent catalogués par leur mode de fonctionnement, comme les interrupteurs à bascule qui basculent d’un côté à l’autre. Alternativement, ils peuvent être classés par leur application, comme les commutateurs de clavier, utilisés avec les claviers.
