Schrägsitzventil 2/2NC Bidirekionale 1/2'' D15 Edelstahl 316L PTFE Steuerkopf 45
An inclined seat or piston valve is controlled by an air supply. It allows the circulation of fluids like liquids or gases to be controlled by pressurizing or not the valve. It consists on the one hand of a body which includes a connection for fixing it, of a passage orifice through which the fluid will pass according to its positioning, on the other hand of a control head which comprises the fittings of ‘air supply, a position indicator, a piston which contains springs, a rod or is fixed the valve and its packing which will be used to obstruct the passage orifice. The fluid passage takes place according to the positioning of the valve which will move as soon as there is a pressurization with air on the control head. A solenoid valve or a solenoid valve with a 3/2 NC function can be connected to the connector on the control head to electrically control the passage of air which is necessary for moving the valve. The valves with inclined seat are defined by the symbol 2/2 which means 2 ways / 2 positions, and by the NC Normally Closed functions without air supply whose passage of the fluid will be carried out in direction 1 towards 2 is above of the valve, NO Normally Open without air supply where the passage of the fluid will take place in the 2 to 1 direction either under the valve, bidirectional where it can be used with the fluid which will pass either above or under the valve, double action or the fluid can pass in one direction as in the other. The available fittings can be tapped, threaded, welding ends, flanges, or clamp according to ISO2852 and ASME BPE.
