Contact Evolution collects personal data about the user when the user:

In certain exceptional cases, personal data is collected when Contact Evolution records telephone calls from users, whether to fulfil its own obligations or for training or quality control purposes.

On the one hand, Contact Evolution collects personal data (name, gender, postal address, e-mail address, telephone or fax number), which the user explicitly and actively provides to Contact Evolution. This also applies when the user participates (online or in person) in events organised by Contact Evolution. In addition, Contact Evolution's web server automatically records a number of elements relating to the user's visit (IP address, browser type and version, operating system used, website initially visited, pages visited, date and duration of visit).

This information is stored in an ISO 27001-certified data centre for technical security.

The functioning of certain parts of the website may also be impaired in some cases.

However, this use of cookies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

Web analysis

Contact Evolution analyses the use of the website using third-party analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Webtrends Analytics. Contact Evolution accepts no responsibility for the data processing carried out by these service providers.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service of Google Inc. which uses cookies that are stored on the user's computer. The information generated by the cookies is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored. If Contact Evolution activates the IP anonymisation function on this website, the user's IP address will be truncated by Google in the Member States of the European Union or in other countries that have signed the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to Google's server in the USA, where it will be anonymised. On behalf of Contact Evolution, Google will evaluate the information stored in order to compile reports on the use of the website and to provide additional services associated with Contact Evolution. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser as part of Google Analytics may be linked to other data collected by Google.

By processing personal data in accordance with this declaration, Contact Evolution improves the quality of its products and services.

We are the only owners of the information collected on this site. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than what is necessary to respond to a request and/or transaction, such as shipping an order.

The processing of personal data is mainly used for:

- technical administration and research and development of the website;

- user management and marketing purposes;

- the purposes of user information on Contact Evolution products and services, if the user has given his/her consent.

- drawing of the winners of the competitions and distribution of prizes.

The user authorises Contact Evolution to transmit personal data to his employees, agents or any other third party within and outside the user's country of residence in order to provide the services and for the purposes described above. The Contact Evolution website may contain hypertext links to other websites that are not operated or monitored by Contact Evolution. Third party websites are not subject to this statement. Contact Evolution declines all responsibility for their content or personal data processing policy.

Buttons to social media

The Contact Evolution website integrates functions (add-ons) from third-party providers or social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc.). These add-ons allow the user to share content on the above-mentioned social networks. When consulting the website, the buttons are deactivated by default. This means that no personal data is passed on to the relevant third party providers without the user's intervention. After the user has activated the buttons, data (in particular personal data) is automatically transmitted by the plug-ins to the corresponding third-party providers. If the user, when visiting the website, is simultaneously registered on the network of the relevant third-party provider, the latter can assign the visit to the user's network account. Contact Evolution has no influence on this. The purpose and scope of this data collection and the further processing and use of personal data are detailed in the data protection provisions of the relevant social networks. Users will also find information on their rights and the possibilities for setting up privacy protection settings.

Right to revoke an agreement in the context of data protection

Any person affected by the processing of personal data can revoke his or her consent to this at any time. In this case, the revocation must be addressed in writing or by e-mail to Contact Evolution's data protection officers.
